Sponsored Webinars
We present an optimistic view of the future that can help a sponsoring company in three important ways:
- Elevate the dialog with customers. Our message gives customers and clients proactive strategies for dealing with the economic crisis and an uncertain future. This can override the tendency to hunker down and curtail spending and action. Critically, our webinars can jump start a dialog between the sponsoring company and its customers, a dialog that sets in motion a collaborative, win-win, plan of action.
- Create a sense of optimism and purpose in employees and partners by showing the company is taking a positive proactive approach to the economic crisis and the future. Employees and partners will learn directly from the webinar but they will also become motivated and engaged if they are systematically involved in actions to keep the initiative and dialog going after the webinar. We can help stimulate this involvement.
- Attract prospective customers to the potential of a win-win relationship with a company committed to helping them deal with their immediate challenges and as welll as helping them face a fast-changing and increasingly complex future. We help develop and execution of the plan, including the use of social media to attract prospective customers to the webinar.
Sponsored webinars generally focus on some version of thriving in the New Normal. We work with the sponsoring company to tailor the topic to their industry and customer base. Sponsored webinars are especially effective when the products or services of the sponsor will help customers deal with the new normal.
We are happy to explore this potential with you. Call us!

Coaching
Meaningful organizational change only happens when the people involved create and embrace the new initiatives. We are experienced in coaching or facilitating the process. Organizations engage us as coaches for both our expertise in New Normal thinking and guiding they team. Coaching engagements can involve intense periods of involvement or periodic contact to provide critiques, insight and direction. Our flagship workshop is a 3-day Adapting to a New Normal Bootcamp in Business. This is a highly interactive event that covers all four New Normal challenges list in Executive Briefs above. Our methodology ensures that participants leave with a clear understanding of the business dynamics at work and critically, how they apply to their own organization. They will leave with a highly customized workbook that maps the progression from motivations to act, conceptual development, implications for business and how the new dynamics create opportunities for their organization. In addition to developing a list of high priority actions, they will have discussed ways to deal with the challenges inherent in changing business strategy and processes. Many business leaders acknowledge that business dynamics are constantly changing yet, most do not have the time or framework to evaluate the consequence for their business. Without these insights they cannot frame appropriate strategy and create a plan of action. Our briefs are designed to provide a relevant perspective on the New Normal to individual business leaders or executive teams. These sessions focus on one or more of four interrelated ways the New Normal challenges a company’s status quo:The Whetstone Edge has a number of speakers who can ignite, inform and energize an audience about the challenges and possibilities surround the new normal of business.
